Women Who Will:  A Whole Health Program

There is an epidemic of women being exhausted.  I have seen it every day in my practice over the last 7 years,  and I’ve experienced it myself. The tricky thing about this epidemic is that often as women we don’t outwardly look unwell or exhausted.  We rarely even tell other people that we are feeling exhausted.  Usually because we feel like we are the only ones that feel this way.  We feel that everyone else has their life together; we perceive that “she” is able to do it all, “so why can’t I?”   Or, we think fatigue is just something we accept as a part of being “busy” and “doing it all.”

Women are notoriously overextending themselves taking care of others at the cost of their own wellness.  Research has found that women report higher levels of tiredness on a far more regular basis than men do.

After seeing so many women and seeing myself in those women, I got fired up and I am so passionate about how I changed my story with natural complementary medicine, and how I have made it my mission to  start helping to change the stories of other women in our community. I don’t want us to be part of this epidemic anymore.

This is why we are so excited to bring a new model of natural health care, where you get greater results with a natural team based approach and more community support.

We guide you from feeling tired and unmotivated to feeling more energy,  more joy, and empowerment in 3 Easy Steps

1.  DISCOVERY

This is where, as a team, we get to the root cause of your symptoms.  You deserve to know why you are feeling the way you are.  This step involves your initial appointments with our natural health care providers, taking a collaborative health history, completing your baseline health assessment to identify where you could use further guidance, exploring your values (and how they are aligning with your current actions), and identifying any wellness labs that would be useful to help identify the root cause of your concerns (this may include blood tests, hormonal testing, and/or gut health testing).

Once we are able to identify the cause of your symptoms we give you an individualized treatment plan including any dietary and lifestyle suggestions, and any of the following if applicable to your specific needs:  acupuncture, chiropractic treatment, exercises, massage, and/or herbal and supplement support.

2.  ACTION

This is where you put your treatment plan into action!  Don’t worry; we are here to support you every step of the way, with your follow-up appointments with each of our practitioners, as well as frequent check-in’s via our private Facebook Community.

Research tells us that we are better able to change habits and reach goals when we work with a group or are part of a group that already instills the habits we are trying to adapt.  We get better together.  The Facebook Community  involves weekly engagement from our practitioners, a 1x/month exclusive online workshop provided by the Roots to Branches team, 1x/month mental health and mindset support from Laura Gatien & Associates, plus occasional challenges, and book club reads!

3.  NURTURE

After 3-12 months (depending on your needs as an individual, the path to greater health should not be stressful, nor does it happen overnight), we repeat your baseline health assessment to measure your progress and objectively see just how far your health has come!  During the Nurture phase, we really emphasize that the changes you have made to create better health for yourself, become a habit, not just a short term solution.  In addition, beyond your health goals, we support health optimization for health promotion and disease prevention in order to not only feel well, but to feel like you are thriving.

BOOK NOW

We don’t want you to have another day, month, or worse, another year, where you feel like you aren’t doing the things you want to be doing because you feel too tired.  Let us guide you to more energy, more joy, and more empowerment with our new model of care.  It’s time to invest in yourself; because, you deserve health.
