PostPartum Rehab

At Roots to Branches, we believe moms deserve more than just a 6-week checkup when it comes to recovery after childbirth. Dr. Stephanie Galea, an enthusiast in postpartum care, fills that gap by providing a comprehensive postpartum checkup and progressive healing through exercise targeting the core, pelvic floor and total body. She runs group-based postpartum rehab programs.

All the information you need to implement the foundations for optimal women’s health.

This program was designed by Dr. Tracy Palmer ND, after nine years of clinical practice to cover the pillars that can make a significant impact on your health when implemented alone, and/or can better leverage your 1:1 naturopathic appointment time (ie, save your appointment time for more strategic individualized lifestyle counselling, herbal, and/or supplement advice).

You get lifetime access to the complete digital library containing 12 bite-size modules, focusing on six key principles, designed with the busy person in mind so that the program can actually be finished (not just sit in your inbox) and the strategies can be implemented. The whole program can be viewed in just over 2-hours and you can do it at your own pace!
