Yoga & Acupuncture
Yin + Pin Yoga and Acupuncture Series (4 sessions) at Roots to Branches Whole Health Clinic with Aisha Kindred.
60-minute sessions take place on Wednesdays, September, 18th, 25th, and October 2nd & 9th at 7pm.

Yupping (Yoga & Cupping)
Join certified yoga instructor, Aisha Kindred, and RMT, Jessica Brideau for “Yupping,” RTB’s yoga + cupping sessions. These classes will provide a great stretch and are a good option for improving or preventing upper back, shoulder, and neck tension.
Please note: Sessions may be eligible for extended health massage benefits!
60-minute sessions take place on Thursdays, September, 19th, 26th, and October 3rd & 10th at 5:30 pm
Postpartum Workshop
This workshop welcomes pre & postnatal moms. In this 1 hour, we focus on the changes your pelvis and core undergo during postpartum, baby sleeping solutions and mental health after birth.
The workshop will start at 6:30 pm, Monday April 24th, at Roots to Branches Whole Health Clinic where guest speakers Dr. Stephanie Galea DC, Trish Pendelton LCT & Chelsea Driscoll Baby-Led Sleep Consultant will discuss all things postpartum.
This workshop is a great way to educate you on your new norm and to meet other new parents in a safe, nonjudgemental space.

Forty (& Beyond) Fabulous: Perimenopause Hormone Workshop

Coregeous Balls
The ‘coregeous’ ball is a soft, inflatable massage ball that is meant to replicate one’s skin texture. This ball can be used to target and activate the deep layers of the core and hip muscles. It can also be used to break down scar tissue surrounding a c-section incision.
