DOES RTB PROVIDE DIRECT BILLING?
We do provide direct billing for most insurance plans; however, please check with your individual extended health care benefits to ensure you’re eligible for coverage for the service you’re seeking. At times if reception is unavailable or there are technical issues please be prepared to pay for your services upfront and a receipt will be provided for self submission.
DO i need a referral to see one of your practitioners?
Absolutely not! You can self-refer to enjoy the services at Roots to Branches Whole Health Clinic. However, if you are concerned regarding insurance coverage, please check with your individual plan, as some do require a referral in these circumstances.

What is your cancellation policy?
At Roots to Branches Whole Health Clinic we require 48 hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the team to fill the appointment space with someone who could benefit from that time. If 48-hours notice hasn’t been given, cancellation fees will apply.
